La Ménopause est définie comme la
dernière menstruation d'une femme.
Elle
se produit entre 48 et 52 ans.
La
caractéristique symptomatique de cette phase de la vie féminine, se développé
dans une époque qui est appelle perimenopausale. C'est la période immédiatement
avant et après la ménopause
Avec
l'extension de la durée de la vie, sûrement due à l’amélioration des
conditions socio-économiques d'un part de la population mondial, la période suivant la
ménopause est devenue plus importante
La
femme à la possibilité de donner naissance à ses enfants, dans une période
qui va de l'adolescence jusqu’à sa maturité. En fait ceci se produit plus
facilement dans la seconde partie de sa vie. C’est la période la plus propice
et où les conditions sont les meilleures pour donner la vie.
Dans
les troisième et quatrième parties de la vie, la fertilité de la femme
diminue, jusqu’à arriver à la ménopause. La caractéristique
de l'âge periménopause est la diminution des cycles d'ovulation jusqu'au
moment où l'ovaire ne répond plus aux stimulus qui arrivent d'une glande, qui
est l'hypophyse.
L''hypophyse
stimule l'ovaire à travers, deux hormones qui sont le gonadotrophine,
un FSH (follicule stimulant) et l'autre LH (luteo stimulant). La quantité de FSH
et de LH circulant dans le sang est en fonction des
œstrogènes et de la progestérone produites dans les ovaires. Plus simplement, s’il y a beaucoup
d'hormones ovariennes en circulation, la réponse de l'hypophyse sera de réduire le rodage en cercle de son gonadotrophine, et au contraire.
Pendant
la période periménopause et post-ménopause il y a un silence ovarien,
il n'y a pas de production de progestérone et d’œstrogène, voila pourquoi
l'hypophyse continuera à répandre niveaux élevés de FSH
et LH.
Attention
c'est ce qui se produit physiologiquement, c'est à dire que n'est pas une pathologie.
Les
symptômes plus caractéristiques sont:
Actuellement ces éventualités sont
" traitées " avec l’administration estro-progestinici, avec différentes modalités.
Mais
si nous observons bien la population nous voyons que beaucoup de femmes
n'ont aucun des problèmes, malgré qu'elles aient les mêmes changements hormonaux.
En
fait , en ayant examiné des femmes de 90-100 ans, nous voyons qu'elles n'ont
jamais eu les problèmes déclarés. .Elles n'ont pas eu besoin des
sparadraps ou des pilules. Ces splendides femmes ont une médiocre quantité des toxines
dans leurs corps. Leurs grand secret est l'Équilibre.
L'homme
et la femme sont conçus pour vivre beaucoup plus que 100 ans. Dans l'histoire
beaucoup de personnes ont vécu plus de cent ans même s’ils n'ont pas été
vaccinés ou soignés par médicaments.
Évidemment,
il y a de personnes, qui sont nées avec une bon ADN (code génétique) et donc
avec plus de plus grandes possibilités d' avoir une bonne et longue vie. Mais c' est également
sûr que tout le monde peut s'améliorer et rallonger la vie.
La
première chose à faire est de retrouver l'équilibre dans le microcosme (à
l'intérieur) et puis avec le macrocosme (c'est à dire l'extérieur).
